Wednesday Evening Opportunities:
Bible Study in the Atrium
We invite everyone to "Grow with us" as we have a study of the Word every Wednesday evening in the Atrium. All ages are welcome.
If you haven't connected on a Wednesday evening it would be a great time to start!
Adult Bible Studies @ 7:00 PM:
Wednesday Evening Bible Study with Pastor Rick Ritenour:
Pastor Rick is working through a study in the Atrium on the Book of Philippians. It includes digging into the scripture, always interactive, and relationship building with the Lord and with others. If you are not part of another ministry or Bible Study on Wednesday evenings, Pastor Rick encourages you to join his study. There are so many teachings that individuals subject themselves to, and without a solid grasp on the scripture, people can be misled without even recognizing it.
NEW Wednesday Night Bible Study in Room 107:
Join Revs. Ed & Diane Welch as they lead a class on "Maturing in Discipleship." In this class you will step out together to seek what God has in store for us in this study. Are you hungry for more of what God desires to do in your life and others? We have all been called to pour out what God has poured into us. Come and grow with us in one heart and mind and in our Lord Jesus Christ. See the Welches for more information.
Men's Ministry Wednesday Night Bible Study in Room E104:
Kevin Wartluft is leading a Wednesday Evening Bible Study titled, “Four Keys to Hearing God’s Voice” based on the book by Dr. Mark Virkler. Have you ever wished you could just sit down and have a long talk with the Lord? Wouldn't it be wonderful to move beyond having a theology that states that God loves you to actually hearing Him whisper words of love into your heart? When you're worried or confused, wouldn't you love to see the situation from His perspective and hear how He wants you to respond? In this study these four keys will be examined and discussed in detail: 1) Learning how to recognize God’s voice as spontaneous thoughts; 2) Learning how to become still before the Lord; 3) Looking for vision as you pray; and 4) Realizing the importance of two-way journaling. For more details see Kevin Wartluft or call the Church Office at (717) 359-4675.
Wednesday Evening Study on the End Times
Amy Wojnarski recently began a study on the End Times in Room 101. Did you ever wonder what the Bible says about the Last Days? Join our new Wednesday night Bible study and where we will discuss the Rapture, Tribulation, the Second Coming, the Millennium, Eternity & Heaven. We will meet in Atrium Classroom Room 101 through Christmas. All materials will be provided so come when you can! See Amy Wojnarski for more details.
