Medical studies reveal that the frontal lobe of the brain controls speech and behavioral inhibition. Yet the Bible shows us that the attitudes that form our words and actions, and the measure of judgment and personal restraint demonstrated in their expression when said or done with sound mind reveal the condition of the heart.
