A man was sinking in the murky waters as he helplessly struggled to keep his head above the swallowing depths.
As the waters consumed his sinking soul a voice cut through the clouded sea, a portal opening above. It was the sound of a voice familiar, though not recognized before. It was the voice of Jesus, as the man heard him say, "the water’s not too deep for my hand to reach you," his arm dividing what was thought to be a watery grave. Looking up through the parted fathoms the desperate soul saw a familiar face. It was you. Upon your countenance was reflected the image of the one who saved you when you were the one in need of saving.
As a child of your Father you have been chosen to be His arm extended in Jesus' name.
Matthew 25:34-36
34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. 36 I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’
