Background Check for Volunteers
Every Bethel Assembly of God volunteer who is "responsible for the welfare of a child or has direct contact with children" is required to follow the Background Check Policy of Bethel Assembly of God, which conforms to Pennsylvania law.
NOTE: If you have already obtained clearances through your employment or other volunteer organizations, please submit this paperwork to Bethel Assembly of God. This will save you time, as well as save the church both time and money.

If you have lived in Pennsylvania consistently for the past 10 years, you do not need to be fingerprinted. In place of fingerprinting, you will need to complete an Affidavit Relating to Residence and Volunteer Qualification form and have this form notarized.
